Payment Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled trip start date. If booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your scheduled trip start date will be refunded in full, less a $250 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
Insurance:
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies.
Health and Fitness:
Participants should be in good physical condition and able to participate in activities such as walking and hiking. Please consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns or medical conditions.
Safety:
Stoke Safaris prioritizes safety for all participants. Participants are required to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the guides.
Changes to Itinerary:
Stoke Safaris reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability:
Stoke Safaris is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the trip. Participants assume all risks associated with travel and activities.
Intellectual Property:
All content on the Stoke Safaris website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Stoke Safaris and may not be used without prior written consent.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.Agreement:By booking a trip with Stoke Safaris, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
